Permitting depends on local codes and pod size. Many smaller pods fall under accessory structure or ADU rules and may require permits. We provide permit-ready plans and can assist with the permitting process or coordinate with local contractors when required.
Typical timeline: 1–2 weeks for an initial consultation and site assessment, 2–4 weeks for design and approvals, and 3–6 weeks for factory build and delivery. On-site installation usually takes 1–3 days. Timelines vary with customization, permitting, and site conditions.
Final price is based on pod size, chosen finishes, electrical/plumbing, and site work (foundation, grading, utility hookups). Estimates include factory build, delivery within a standard radius, basic on-site installation, and a walkthrough. Any extensive site prep or long-distance delivery is quoted separately.
After installation we complete a commissioning walkthrough and provide care instructions. We offer a service window for minor adjustments and a parts-and-labor warranty on specified components. For non-covered issues or major alterations, we provide clear repair or upgrade estimates.
